Privacy Integrity Policy Private information stored by Hess Business Professionals & Associates LLC is handled with integrity! As a client of Hess Business Professionals & Associates LLC, you can rest easy about any confidential information (credit cards, web passwords, bank accounts, company trade secrets, etc.) that you share with our firm. All data is stored at our main HUB and kept on a secure external hard drive. Our company policies and procedures forbid access by an associate without the written approval of the client and C.E.O. of Hess Business Professionals & Associates LLC. Stored Data in Client Files Hess Business Professionals & Associates LLC uses the information obtained from the Service Agreement for the following purposes: Billing information (credit card, PayPal account, etc)-used only for payment processing. Business documents (copies of work performed, spreadsheets, word documents, etc.)-used only to perform the necessary work assigned to the associate and kept for the term of the contract. Contact information (email, address and phone number) – used to communicate with the client, update client’s service plan, and certify the authenticity of client’s location and/ or residence. Website login information (password and user id)- used to access information on the Internet that is necessary to perform the assigned tasks and kept for the term of the contract. End of Contract We are required by law to keep all client information of a confidential nature secure. Within 10 days of the ending the business relationship, all data and paperwork is destroyed and discarded properly. That is why we take confidentiality seriously, and pledge to be consistent in practicing a strong code of business ethics with integrity. We encourage you to place your trust in our hands by disclosing that we never discuss or distribute client information to third parties and keep all information confidential. Business Disclaimer We reserve the right to turn down any assignment and/or project request, if we determine that the party(s) requesting our work is not the right fit or is operating unethically. Proposals and/or bids uploaded to web portals such as Elance and Guru do not qualify for certain rate reductions unless authorized by the C.E.O. ALL terms are clearly outlined in a Formal Business Agreement made available after acceptance of proposal.
